We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at info@tryreborn.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will review your request and, if approved, send you a return shipping address and any instructions specific to your order. Unauthorized returns or packages sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If the return is due to a defective product, damaged product, or our error (wrong item shipped), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover the cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.
REFUNDS
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned product. If you prefer store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method, we can issue store credit as a digital gift card at the same value.
APPAREL, ACCESSORIES, AND HARD GOODS
Apparel, hats, accessories, and other non-supplement items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags intact. Items that arrive worn, used, damaged by the customer, or with signs of handling (residue, hair, pet hair, debris) will not pass inspection and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
SUPPLEMENTS — 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We stand behind our supplements. If you are not satisfied with a supplement product within 30 days of delivery, you may return it for a full refund — opened or unopened. To qualify, the product must be returned within the 30-day window and accompanied by your order number. Used containers will be discarded after refund for health and safety reasons. This guarantee applies once per customer, per product SKU.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice. We cover return shipping in these cases and ask for a photo of the damage or incorrect item to help us improve.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return: sale items and items purchased with a promotional discount over 50% off, gift cards, personalized or custom-made items, perishable goods, and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Bundles that have been partially opened may have the unopened portion returned.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the item you want. Once the return is approved and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it. You will need your order number to start the return. EU returns are processed under the same refund terms above.
SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Some products on our site are offered as subscriptions. When you enroll in a subscription, you agree to recurring charges at the price and frequency disclosed at checkout, until you cancel.
How billing works: subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period at the price and frequency selected at checkout. Once a billing period begins, the charge for that period is final and the order enters fulfillment.
How to cancel: you can cancel anytime through your online subscription management portal at tryreborn.com, or by emailing info@tryreborn.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Future renewals and charges are stopped immediately. Canceling does not refund a charge that has already been processed for the current billing cycle.
If a renewal charge has already processed and you would like a refund of that order, the standard return policy above applies. Return the product within 30 days under the same terms as a one-time order.
Promotional or introductory-discount subscriptions automatically renew at the regular subscription price after the introductory period unless canceled before the end of the introductory cycle.
You can update your payment method, shipping address, and next billing date from your subscription management portal at any time.
