I’m not a big coffee drinker but I decided to try this and hop on the mushroom adaptogen bandwagon. I used my tea kettle and made it hot and also tried it cold with ice. It blended well and was super easy to mix. The taste was rich and it provided a ton of energy. Definitely will make this part of my health routine!

And some of you know, I almost died last year and in part of my recovery what I didn’t realize was that I was being stuck in a state of fight flight or freeze because I did not have proper adrenal support.
I decided to give this mushroom coffee a chance and I will tell you I feel significantly better. I feel calmer clearer more energetic, and I know that this was a part that was missing from my recovery.. I typically drink my coffee with a flavored creamer so initially for the first three days, I drink it with flavored creamer then I dropped it down to just creamer and then after that, I dropped it down to just the coffee this enabled me to have a smooth transition. And I have to say drinking this coffee while doing a fast is absolutely fantastic.

Didn't seem to make a difference and it didnt taste too good. I dont think its a good idea to mix the coffee and mushroom mixture with collegen. I take collegen separately anyway.

I didn’t think I’d love it because it was mushroom coffee, but I do. I was very surprised how smooth it was and how un-dirt like it was! (Made up a word haha). I feel less bloated and look it too! I wish it had a little more caffeine but that’s ok. It helps me get going enough and it helps me stay level.
