How It Works
The Strength Reservoir
Creatine works by recharging your body's primary energy currency — ATP. Every contraction, every sprint, every set you push through depends on it. Daily creatine saturates your muscles' phosphocreatine stores so you have more fuel ready the moment you need it. More reps. More watts. More work. Same effort.
1
Daily SaturationCreatine accumulates in your muscle cells over the first 2–4 weeks of use
2
Recharges ATPDonates a phosphate group to rebuild your body's primary energy molecule
3
Powers OutputMore ATP available means more reps, more sprints, more force on demand
4
Pulls In HydrationDraws water into the muscle, supporting fullness and recovery
5
Crosses Into the BrainRecent research shows cognitive benefits — focus, memory, mental stamina
How To Take It
1
One Scoop DailyMix 1 scoop (5g) into 8oz of water and drink — anytime of day
2
Stack With CarbsFor maximum absorption, mix with juice or a post-workout shake
3
Be ConsistentThe benefits come from saturation, not timing — daily use is the only rule
4
Optional LoadingTake 1–2 scoops daily for the first 5–7 days to saturate faster
5
No Cycling NeededCreatine is safe for daily long-term use — no breaks required
Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Creatine works best when you're properly hydrated.

Mighty Fine! Dissolves in an instant. The ingredients state 100% Creatine Monohydrate - no fillers, binders or additives like that which are often found in capsules. We feel good about this. The little scoop is so cute and dishes out 5g per serving, this is quality value for money at 60 days per airtight tub. Thanks Reborn!!

Michael, we love hearing that you love the Micronized Creatine Powder! Thanks for giving it a try and taking a moment to show it some love. We appreciate your support!
I think your product is excellent. I think the creatine is helping me improve my health. I would suggest making it an option to buy creatine without subscription. For myself I prefer to order as needed and not be obligated beyond one purchase at a time.
Store owner replied:
James, thank you for the great feedback! We’re glad you’ve been enjoying the Micronized Creatine. Good news, we do offer a one time purchase option. When selecting the product, simply choose “Try It Once” instead of the subscription option. That way, you can order whenever you need more without any recurring commitment. We hope that helps!
This is my second tub of this product and I am loving the results.
I feel stronger when I am working out and my endurance is better.
I feel more focused !

I like this creatine because it dissolves quickly in water. I dissolve it and quickly drink it in a small amount of water- then follow with regular water - and it has worked great for me! My Son likes it as well.

I do like this product. I would like to request that the scoop color be changed. It's hard to find because it's clear and the powder is very white. Good stuff!
Store owner replied:
Hi Sarah,
thank you so much for your great feedback on our Micronized Creatine Powder! We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the product.
We appreciate your suggestion about the scoop color. That’s a great point, and we’ll be sure to pass your feedback along to our team for consideration. Making the scoop easier to find would definitely improve the experience.
Store owner replied:
We're so glad it's working well for you, Josephine. A flavorless creatine that mixes easily was exactly what we had in mind, so it's great to hear it's hitting the mark. Thanks for the review.
Over hyped...I hoped there would be noticeable results
Store owner replied:
Hi Elizabeth, thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear the Creatine Powder didn’t deliver the noticeable results you were hoping for. We completely understand how disappointing that can feel.
Everyone responds to supplements differently, and factors like dosing, consistency, hydration, diet, and workout routine can all play a role in the results experienced. Creatine is commonly used to help support muscle growth, strength, performance, and recovery, but results can vary from person to person. While some people notice benefits within 1 to 4 weeks, for others the most significant results may not appear until 8 to 12 weeks of consistent use. In some cases, people also find better results when stacking creatine with other supplements that support their specific fitness goals.
We’d love the opportunity to learn more about your health goals and help determine whether adjustments to usage or a different product option may be a better fit for you. Please feel free to reach out to us directly. We’d be happy to discuss this product and other options that may better support your goals.
It feeling or noticing what I was told I would or what I expected.
Store owner replied:
Hi David, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We completely understand how disappointing it can feel when a product doesn’t seem to deliver the results you were expecting.
With supplements like creatine, the speed and type of results can vary quite a bit from person to person depending on factors such as consistency of use, diet, hydration, workout routine, metabolism, and overall body chemistry. Some people notice effects more quickly than others.
We truly appreciate your honest feedback, and we understand that supplements can affect everyone differently. If you’d like to discuss your experience further or have any questions about the product, please feel free to reach out to our support team anytime. We’re always happy to help however we can.
I’ve tried them all and none feel as potent and clean as this one , powder consistency is key and the absorption is solid. I used transparent labs before and they were good , but would clump up when shaken , solid product and as always affordable and hope you keep the process the same
Store owner replied:
Ricardo, this is a huge compliment. Hearing that our Creatine Powder stands out against brands you’ve used before means a lot to the team. We put a ton of focus into quality, consistency, and keeping the formula clean and effective without overcomplicating it. Glad it’s hitting the mark for you and we definitely plan on keeping the process solid.
it is good not the best creatine I have tried but It works well.
