Quality packaging, delivery time was okay. It took a while fornit to actually ship. So if your going to continue taking it, make sure to order ahead of time. Ive only been on it a couple days so we will see what benefits i can identify.

I’ve been taking this for a while now and I’m so grateful I started it. I first bought the tincture that was originally a purchase for my dad. But he was too stubborn to take it each day, so my mom gave it back to me in an effort not let it go to waste. I tried it and liked how I felt after taking it. I switched to the capsules, and now it’s a must have with my daily health routine. I feel it definitely makes a difference in how I feel. I love that is supplement is offered in capsule form. Almost all of my teeth have crowns and the liquid can stain them but with these capsules my crowns are safe from that. I take this supplement as a precautionary measure. I feel that I have better energy throughout the day too. I'm so happy that I can take this supplement without concern for staining and get the protection I need to maintain my good health.

The absolute most effective methylene blue product I have ever found! I like the tincture as well but I find the most consistent impact taking these twice a day-- elevated thought process, less brain fog, seemingly more stamina-- buy it now!

Don't notice much of a difference other then vibrant blue pee, my elderly neighbor has more energy and more alert as well as Gatorade pee but also not overly noticeable, has not been on it more then 2-3 weeks though so might pick up effectiveness over time
